With more than 25 years of experience in environmental contracting, remediation, and reclamation across North America, Vijay Lanji leads Envirogreen with a focus on operational performance, sustainability, and long-term growth.
He has built and scaled environmental organizations, secured partnerships with major clients across government and industry, and led complex remediation projects throughout Canada and the United States.
His experience includes founding and growing environmental service companies and executing large-scale contaminated site projects.
Under his leadership, Envirogreen continues to strengthen its position in thermal treatment, contaminated soil remediation, and beneficial reuse solutions.
Gisalene Carl
Regulatory Compliance Manager
With over 20 years of experience in environmental compliance and waste management, Gisalene Carl leads Envirogreen’s regulatory and environmental programs, ensuring operations align with provincial and federal standards.
Her expertise includes environmental management planning, waste management strategies, contaminated soil remediation, management, and compliance oversight for complex infrastructure and industrial projects.
She plays a key role in ensuring all material is assessed, documented, and managed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
David Isopo, B.Sc., P.Ag.
Business Development Manager
David Isopo brings over 25 years of experience in environmental remediation, project management, soil contaminant destruction, and business development across Western Canada and the United States.
He has led projects involving contaminated soil treatment, sediment management, and large-scale remediation for government and industrial clients, coordinating logistics, regulatory requirements, and project delivery.
As a Professional Agrologist, David supports clients from initial assessment through to treatment with a practical, execution-focused approach.
Sakulya Chandraratne
Manager, Human Resources and Culture
Sakulya Chandraratne brings two decades of experience and leads Human Resources and Culture at Envirogreen, supporting the people, systems, and workplace environment that enable safe and effective operations.
Her role focuses on workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational culture, ensuring that teams are supported, trained, and aligned with Envirogreen’s operational and safety standards.
She plays a key role in maintaining a strong internal foundation, helping ensure that Envirogreen’s commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement is reflected across the organization.
Amanda Qin, CPA, CA
Accounting Manager
Amanda has extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and operational support, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate financial records and improving internal processes.
Her background includes financial reporting, budgeting, payroll administration, corporate tax compliance, cash flow management, and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for growing organizations.
In her role as Accounting Manager, she works closely with leadership to support informed business decisions, strengthen financial controls, and ensure the company’s financial operations run efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ryan Roach
Site Services Superintendent
With over a decade of experience in environmental remediation and facility operations, Ryan Roach oversees Envirogreen’s Princeton treatment facility.
He manages material receiving, treatment operations, and site logistics, ensuring processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental standards. His hands-on experience in spill response, waste handling, and remediation operations supports consistent and reliable facility performance.
Max Bergman, RSE
Plant Maintenance Supervisor
With 16 years of hands-on experience in global mining and heavy industry, Max Bergman handles the mechanical maintenance program that keep operations running smoothly and equipment online.
His background spans structural welding, preventative maintenance planning, major equipment overhauls, and managing equipment commissioning for complex industrial sites and facilities.
He focuses on executing smart maintenance schedules, cutting down equipment downtime, and leading crews of tradespeople under tight safety and operational standards.
Tyler Lewthwaite, CHST
Health & Safety Manager
With over 14 years of experience in occupational health and safety, Tyler Lewthwaite leads Envirogreen’s health and safety program, supporting the safe treatment of contaminated soil and industrial materials.
He oversees health and safety management systems, regulatory compliance, employee training, and operational procedures to help ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards.
His experience across the mining, construction, and energy sectors supports a strong safety culture while helping maintain safe, efficient operations throughout Envirogreen’s thermal desorption facility.
Jamie Cavallari
Administrative Supervisor
With over 20 years of administrative experience, including more than five years supporting Envirogreen’s operations, Jamie Cavallari oversees the documentation and logistics that support the safe movement and treatment of contaminated materials.
She manages Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) documentation, material tracking, weigh scale operations, sampling coordination, and regulatory records to help ensure hazardous and non-hazardous materials are handled accurately and in compliance with federal and provincial requirements.
Her attention to detail supports regulatory compliance, waste approval documentation, and the traceability clients rely on throughout the transportation and treatment process.
